IMPORTANT NOTICE: These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and payaja ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"), governing your use of the payaja platform at https://payaja.cam and all associated services. This Agreement was last revised in January 2026 and supersedes all prior versions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of the platform.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use payaja's Services. This age threshold reflects Indonesian majority conventions for gaming activities. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. payaja reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement is not met.
Underage Gaming is Strictly Prohibited. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all Funds will be forfeited, and any Bonuses will be voided. payaja may report the matter to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
payaja primarily targets players residing in Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not explicitly prohibited by a court order or specific legislative enactment applicable to you personally. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gaming in your specific jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable local laws.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on payaja. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all Funds therein.

To access payaja's Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile phone number. Providing false information is a breach of this Agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. payaja will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. payaja shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.
Before processing any withdrawal, payaja requires verification of your identity. You will be asked to provide:
Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of the first withdrawal request may result in account suspension. payaja processes KYC documents within 1–3 business days (WIB).
payaja accepts deposits via the following methods:
Minimum deposit is Rp 50,000. Maximum single deposit is Rp 100,000,000. Deposits made during Indonesian banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 WIB) are typically credited within 5 minutes. Deposits submitted outside banking hours may take up to 24 hours to process. payaja does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed Monday through Sunday, 24 hours a day. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. The maximum single withdrawal is Rp 50,000,000. Standard processing time is within 24 hours of approval; Gold-tier Loyalty members receive priority processing within 6 hours.
Withdrawals will only be sent to a bank account registered in the same name as the payaja account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. payaja reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal.
All transactions on payaja are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Where applicable, currency conversions are applied at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of the transaction, and payaja bears no liability for fluctuations in currency values.
payaja does not accept cryptocurrency payments or transfers at this time. Any funds received from cryptocurrency sources will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending review.
All Bonuses offered by payaja are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. Unless otherwise stated, the following general conditions apply to all Bonuses:
New members who make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the Welcome Bonus. Eligibility is subject to KYC completion and account standing. The Welcome Bonus is limited to one per household, device, IP address, and payment method. Accounts suspected of creating multiple registrations to claim multiple Welcome Bonuses will be closed and all Funds forfeited.
payaja employs monitoring systems to detect Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear Wagering Requirements; collusion between accounts; and systematic exploitation of promotional terms. Where Bonus abuse is detected, payaja reserves the right to void all associated Bonuses, recover any winnings derived from such abuse, and permanently close the account.
All games available on payaja are supplied by licensed third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, Spribe, and others. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between a game's specific rules and this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail except where the conflict relates purely to game mechanics.
Sports bets placed on payaja — including football (bandar bola, i.e., football bookmaking), basketball, badminton, MotoGP, and e-sports — are governed by our Sports Betting Rules, which form part of this Agreement. Mix parlay (accumulator bets combining multiple selections) are subject to a minimum of 3 selections and maximum of 12 selections per bet slip. Odds are displayed in Indonesian format and are subject to change before bet confirmation.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) and similar lottery-style products on payaja are governed by draw schedules and prize tables published within the relevant game section. Results are final upon announcement and are not subject to appeal except in cases of verified system error.
In the event of a game malfunction, server failure, or communication disruption during play, payaja reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. payaja is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:
payaja reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, forfeit all Funds therein, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required.

All content on the payaja Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall look and feel of the site — is the property of payaja or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of payaja. Unauthorized use of payaja's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.
The payaja Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. payaja makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform, the accuracy of information, the uninterrupted availability of Services, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, payaja's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of Funds deposited by you in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
payaja shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of gaming winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other economic or non-economic losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
payaja shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of government, internet infrastructure failures, DDoS attacks, power outages, or civil unrest.
You may close your payaja account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining Funds (excluding voided Bonuses) will be returned to your registered withdrawal bank account within 5 business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any pending withdrawal hold periods.
payaja reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Where termination is due to a proven breach of this Agreement, payaja reserves the right to forfeit all Funds in the account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. payaja will notify you via email prior to applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 50,000 to the account balance. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. You may reactivate your account at any time before closure by logging in and completing a reactivation request with our support team.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law as applied in the jurisdiction of payaja's operating entity. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
For players based in Indonesia, payaja acknowledges that Indonesian consumer protection principles may apply to certain aspects of this Agreement. payaja undertakes to handle all player disputes in a fair, transparent, and timely manner consistent with those principles.
payaja reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect. The updated Agreement will also be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.
